An elegant, bright and subtle rosé with a very pale rose petal hue. The nose shows a fresh and fruity aromatic character with aromas of strawberry, grapefruit, citrus and peach. The palate is fresh, well-balanced and smooth and full on the palate.

Enjoy chilled as an aperitif or paired with all summer-time dishes (white meat, platter of “charcuterie”, salads, melon, Asian dishes, grills, etc.). Also great for pizza evenings, as well as pasta. Serve at 10-12°C.

Varieties are Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Rolle (Vermentino) and Clairette.

Halfway between Aix-en-Provence and Saint Maximin, the Chateau des Ferrages is one of four renaissance fortresses that shaped the history of Pourcieux. Most of this fortress building that overlooked the village has been lost over time, only the tower and a few architectural remains exist today. Undoubtably though, its most valuable treasure today is the wine domaine that bears its name.

The 28 hectares of vines produce four cuvees which are carefully aged in the 1000 square metres of cellars. Modern vinification techniques and traditional methods produce modern wines of subtlety and finesse.
