Handpicked, whole-bunch pressed and barrel fermented, this wine is matured for 12 months in 40% new French oak, delivering a beautifully balanced expression of fruit, oak and finesse. Crisp apple and white pear lead the way, followed by citrus complexity and subtle hazelnut, finishing long, textured and refined.

This is classic top-tier Margaret River Chardonnay, drinking exceptionally well now, with the structure and balance to reward cellaring for years to come.
