This beautiful Pemberton Outré’ Rose 2023 is made in the French Provence dry style. It is a beautiful Blush Salmon in colour with flavours of Flavours of raspberry and cherry on the palate with crisp and vibrant acidity leading to a juicy lingering finish.

This is a cracking dry style Rose from one of the best wine producers in the Pemberton region of WA. The winery is rated 4.5/5 red stars by James Halliday. This Rose is perfect for the hot summer days ahead and has a beautiful texture and strawberry flavor and is made in the French Provence dry style.

The winery that produces this spectacular Rose is rated 4.5/5 stars by James Halliday in his 2023 Wine companion. The vineyard is patrolled by a large flock of guinea fowl, eliminating most insect pests, and reducing the use of chemicals. In ’05 the adjoining vineyard was purchased, lifting the estate plantings to 23.5ha, which include shiraz, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, sauvignon Blanc, chardonnay, pinot noir, Riesling and zinfandel. The cellar door, restaurant and 4 luxury chalets overlook the large lake on the property. Exports to Malaysia, Singapore, and China.

What is Rose? 

A rose is a type of wine that incorporates some of the color from the grape skins, but not enough to qualify it as a red wine. It may be the oldest known type of wine, as it is the most straightforward to make with the skin contact method.

Rose is not color specific; shades can range from the merest suggestion of a blush to a full-on purple fit. Cerise, cranberry, fairy floss, fuschia, magenta, maroon, ruby, strawberry, peach, tangerine, salmon, vermilion and yes, rose – the flower. Half the pleasure in pouring a glass is its looks. It’s vinous eye-candy. Throw in a few million bubbles and it is captivating in sparkling form
