Pouring a deep amber, Otis Red Ale features striking citrus and candied orange aromas. The Talus influence leaps out of the glass, with grapefruit and floral characteristics dominating, supported by notes of orange and tropical fruit. These hop characters continue through onto the palate, with the malt influence showing through as well as some light, fruity caramel flavours. The beer finishes dry, with a crisp bitterness.
