It’s quick, easy and very user-friendly. Follow the simple steps below and your wine will be shipped to you with your custom wine label. Our personalised labels are only $1 per bottle, which include printing and labelling the bottles for you.
Step 1. Go to and choose a wine on our website
Step 2. Click on “Custom Label Designer” and have fun designing your wine label in the designer tool!
Note: When uploading images to the “Custom Label Designer” Please ensure images are:
Minimum Width: 100 pixels
Minimum Height: 100 pixels
Maximum Width: 1800 pixels
Maximum Height: 1800 pixels
*Resolution of images need to be over 72DPI
Step 3. When you are finished designing your wine label click the save icon. Remember only 1 design per 1 case of wine.
Step 4. Selected how many cases you would like and add to cart. If you wish to add the same design to a different wine it will be saved in the custom label designer click the load icon to reload your previous design or create a new label.
Step 4. Check out as normal through the shopping cart. Your personalised wine label will be added to your account for future use also.

Measurements: 99 mm x 97 mm (including a 2 mm bleed, use 5 mm margin)
Paper Finishes: Linen matte texture, smooth gloss. We will select at our discretion. Some designs can lose legibility on certain finishes, and it is a legal requirement and our responsibility to have the information be legible.
CMYK: 4C – Printed in full digital colour.
Online File Format: Upload hi-res jpg, png, gif, or tiff online.
Email File Format: If you are having trouble designing or uploading your image please email a high resolution jpg, pdf, or eps version of the image with no printer or crop marks to Nathan at digital@wacellars.com.au. If you send do send via email, type your name on the personalised label online as a reference.
Personalised Labelled wine costs: $1 per label, $12 per case & cannot be included with any promotions or discounts. $50 label design fee may apply if your require our designer to design your wine label and/or your are a business customer.
Legal Fine Print: By law, wine labels are required to have the wine variety, alcohol content, volume and standard drink information displayed. We have left a space for that at the bottom of the label and will insert that information ourselves when we get your label design.
Minimum Order: We can personalised any of our wine ranges, but the minimum order is always a case of wine (12 bottles) of each wine your selected for custom wine labels.
