If our store staff recommend a wine that does not meet your expectations, bring the bottle back to the store you purchased it from, more than half full and we will either refund your money or exchange it for another bottle of the same value or provide you with a full refund. No Question Asked!!!

Applicable Conditions in store purchases:

  1. The bottle must be half full and the contents must be the same as what has been sold to you.
  2. If you choose a replacement bottle of wine it must be of the same value or less than the returned bottle.
  3. Offer only applicable to wine bearing a WA Cleanskin Cellars @ Subi, Coventry’s, Kingsley or Doubleview label.
  4. No receipt required.
  5. Staff will taste the wine you return and repeat returns may be queried.

All our online orders a shipped via the Australia Post e-parcel system.

If you receive a wine that is not to your satisfactions the following procedure applies to receive a refund:

Applicable Conditions for Online website purchases:

  1. Contact us via email – orders@wacleanskincellars.com.au include in your email address, your full name, full address and the details of the wine you have purchased which you require a refund or replacement for.
  2. We will check your order on our system and will contact you to arrange for the portion of wine you are not satisfied with to be sent back to our head office in Malaga Western Australia via Australia Post.
  3. If we arrange the wine to be sent back to our head office us via Australia Post you will be supplied with a return label via email to apply to the outside of the wine carton and you will need to tajke the wine to your local post office.
  4. Once the wine has been received at our head office in Malaga Western Australia we will contact you to arrange the refund or if you prefer replacement wine.
  5. If you choose a refund rather than a replacement of the wine then we will refund you the price you paid for the wine that is returned to us. For example if you return 10 out of 12 bottles you ordered to us then you will only be refunded only the value of the 10 opened bottles returned. However if you also return to us any residual wine in the opened bottle you tried then we will refund that opened bottle also.
