If our store staff recommend a wine that does not meet your expectations, bring the bottle back to the store you purchased it from, more than half full and we will either refund your money or exchange it for another bottle of the same value or provide you with a full refund. No Question Asked!!!
Applicable Conditions in store purchases:
- The bottle must be half full and the contents must be the same as what has been sold to you.
- If you choose a replacement bottle of wine it must be of the same value or less than the returned bottle.
- Offer only applicable to wine bearing a WA Cleanskin Cellars @ Subi, Coventry’s, Kingsley or Doubleview label.
- No receipt required.
- Staff will taste the wine you return and repeat returns may be queried.
