This fantastic bottle fermented sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir and is made from premium Chardonnay and Pinot Noir fruit from sourced from different vineyards in the Adelaide Hills of South Australia. The wine has been aged on lees before bottle fermentation. This is a fantastic price for a bottled fermented sparkling wine.

The producer of this wine is Australia’s largest sparkling wine producers. The winery produces many different types of sparkling wines under a huge variety of brands. They produce some of Australia’s most loved commercial sparkling wines and traditional method sparkling wines. They are rated a perfect 5 Red Stars by James Halliday in his 2016 Wine Companion.

Comments from Our Wine Buyer: This is probably the best sparkling wine we have in our range. It is bottle fermented and made from some spectacular fruit from the Adelaide Hills in SA. It has all the hallmarks of a bottle fermented sparkling wine. Great biscuit flavours complex nutty aromas and a full, rich palate. At home, this is my go-to wine when I want to impress people who regularly drink French bubbles.
