I could not think of a better Iconic figure to attach to this Barossa Valley Icon Shiraz 2020! I have loved the band and this man all my life and I have read many books about his upbringing in Western Australia and also later in South Australia. When we were thinking of what wine we could match him to, this Barossa Valley Icon Shiraz 2020 was the perfect fit. It has a medium to full bodied flavor profile of black berries and forest fruits. It is not your over the top, fruit driven Shiraz that is typical of those from the Barossa. It has a more simple elegant style with a smooth finish and soft easy drinking tannins. I hope you enjoy it whilst listening to this Icon belting out his signature tunes. Score 93/100 Gold Medal.
