Froth Hopmouth XPA

This little gem is for hop lovers who want to enjoy a session ale without the high alcohol percentage of an India Pale Ale. Based off the American Pale Ale style, Froth’s Hopmouth has a solid malt base including Australian pale ale, caramalt, carapils, rye & crystal malts where it is then hopped up with the big American hops such as Mosaic, Chinook, Citra and Simcoe. These high alpha acid hops drive a solid bitterness to balance out the malt then at the end of fermentation we dry hop with them all again to bring out the hops aroma to highlight the citrus and stone fruit characteristics.
