For those Cheech and Chong fans, this one’s for you!! Froth’s ‘Stoned Over’ Pale Ale pays homage to the next day of hazy you might feel after indulging in the devil’s cabbage. Looking past the play on words, this pale is brewed with a relatively new yeast strain called Verdant that provides a peach stone fruit array of esters to this refreshing ale. To help drive the fruity character of the Verdant yeast, we’ve then added a refreshingly silly amount of whirlpool and dry hops to really drive the aromatics.
Your initial smell is riddled with ripe stone fruit that carries through until the last drop. Stoned over is medium bodied ale that has a dry, slightly bitter, clean fruity finish. Please enjoy this summer time smashable hazy pale responsibly!
