This South West Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 has fantastic aromas of blackberry and plum. The palate has dark berry fruit flavours with smooth tannins and long-lasting finish with subtle oak.

The producer of this wine has over 90 hectares of vines located in the heart of the Blackwood Valley in Western Australia. They also have another 30 hectares of vines located in Margaret River.

The fruit is all from the Blackwood Valley vineyard in the Blackwood Valley wine region. The winery is rated 5 stars by James Halliday in his 2022 wine companion and has a very impressive wine range.
